Absolutely amazing stay! Superb hospitality, friendly staff, and attention to detail. Lovely pool and clean room. Mr. Chan, the tuk-tuk driver, was wonderful. Highly recommended. Great breakfast. We'll definitely come back!

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained, having a relaxing environment for a perfect weekend. Their breakfast was filling and delicious, and they had excellent transportation services available for getting around the area. the hotel was situated in a prime location, making it incredibly easy to access shops and restaurants.

The beds were a bit too firm for my comfort, and the pillows were very flat. Despite the hotel's best efforts, the room was quite dusty, which impacted my allergies negatively.

We loved this hotel. From the friendly staff and clear communication in English to the expansive and clean rooms, everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which was a refreshing oasis on hot afternoons. The transfer from the airport was not arranged as requested, so we had to take a taxi. the hot water was not consistent and the room service took a bit longer than expected.
